Yummy Yogurt Breakfast

Much like the rest of the world, I’m obsessed with the Greek fat free yogurt . If you add these few wholesome ingredients, you’ll cut down on the often fatty, sugar coated cereal that you might be tempted to add. These should all be available at your local health food store (Big Carrot, Whole Foods, etc). I buy them separately and then mix them at home in a jar for easy scooping.

Moks’ Yummy Yogurt
Organic Huled Hemp Hearts
Organic Chia
Organic Buckwheat

Top with your favorite fruit.
Try Raspberries & blueberries…
